Encoder Input Channels: Provides four additional quadrature encoder input channels for applications requiring more than the basic eight channels of the above signals on the PMAC substrate, especially for dual feedback servo capability or more than four position loops for motor commutation functions.
Analog Outputs and Inputs: Includes analog output and analog input data lines for applications requiring additional master/handwheel encoder inputs.
Motor-related flag signals: Provides signals for limit, master flag, amplifier enable, amplifier fault and position comparison to ensure stable system operation and fault detection.
Application Scenarios
The Delta Tau ACC-24P is widely used in industrial automation control systems that require extended axis control functions on a PMAC substrate. It is especially used in applications that require multi-axis control and complex motion trajectory control, such as CNC machine tools, robot control, and automated production lines.
