Product Introduction
Digital Signal Output: Type 2 control card mainly outputs PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) digital signals, which can be directly converted to PULSE+DIR (Pulse+Direction) signals for controlling stepper motors and servo motors in position control mode. Compared with the analog signal output of the Type 1 card, the digital signal has higher anti-interference capability and more stable control performance.
Position control function: Type 2 cards are capable of outputting precise pulse signals, which are suitable for applications requiring high-precision position control. By adjusting the frequency and number of pulse signals, precise control of motor position can be realized, which is suitable for CNC machine tools, robots and other high-precision positioning application scenarios.
Programming and Configuration Flexibility: Usually equipped with powerful programming and configuration tools, users can set the control parameters flexibly according to the actual needs. Advanced models also support real-time operating systems (RTOS) and high-level programming languages (e.g. C/C++), facilitating the development of complex and customized control algorithms.
Expandability and compatibility: With good expandability and compatibility, it can be connected and communicated with other types of sensors and actuators, and supports a variety of communication protocols (e.g. RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, etc.).
Principle of operation
Delta Tau servo motors operate on the same principle as AC induction motors. There are two excitation and control windings on the stator that are electrically displaced by 90° in phase space. Motor operation is controlled by varying the AC voltage applied to the control winding.
