Product Introduction
The primary function of the Emerson A6110 Shaft Relative Vibration Monitor is to accurately monitor shaft relative vibration and reliably protect machinery and equipment by comparing vibration parameters with alarm setpoints. It is suitable for application scenarios such as steam, gas, compressor and hydraulic turbine machinery.
Technical parameters and performance characteristics
Measurement modes: support thermal configuration, zero to peak, peak to peak and other measurement modes.
Alarm function: optional normally open and normally closed alarms, with 0-5 seconds delay for each channel, and the delay time can be extended to 0-36 seconds when using A6740 relay card. Option to block alarms in case of channel uncertainty.
Adjustable range: 5 to 100% of full scale value, resolution 1% of full scale value.
Alarm hysteresis function when signal value drops.
Power and Signal: Sensor power supply supports 0-8000 mV and is galvanically isolated from all system voltages and system supply voltages. The system power supply voltage is equipped with anti-open and short-circuit functions.
Self-test function: including monitoring hardware, power input, hardware temperature, sensors and cables.
