Mounting card types: The A6500-SR system frame is capable of mounting 11 protection cards, including the 2-channel A6500-UM Universal Measurement Card and/or the 4-channel A6500-TP Temperature Process Measurement Card, 1 A6500-RC Relay Card, and 1 A6500-CC Communication Card for redundant communication.

Signal transmission and interfacing: Sensor signals are transmitted via the internal RS 485 bus to the A6500-CC Com Card and converted to Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP protocols for further transmission to a host computer or analysis system. In addition, the Com card can also communicate with a PC/laptop connection via the USB port on the panel.
Redundant Design: The A6500-SR system frame supports a redundant design to ensure stable operation in a high-reliability environment. It can read parameters from all AMS A6500 ATG modules and output these parameters via Modbus TCP/IP and/or Modbus RTU (serial).

Application Scenarios
The A6500-SR system frame is used in a wide variety of industrial automation scenarios, especially where a highly reliable and redundant design is required. Its applications include the protection and monitoring of critical rotating machinery such as steam, gas and/or water compressors and hydraulic turbomachinery. By providing detailed machinery health parameters and control environments, the A6500-SR system frame helps operators better manage and maintain equipment.
