Functional Features

Animation display: The module can display the running situation of each zone of the extruder through animation, and visualize the status of the equipment.

Real-time monitoring: the running speed and real-time current of the main screw motor and feed motor and other parameters can be monitored in real time with corresponding animation display.

HMI instrumented monitoring: temperature monitoring function is provided, users can turn on or off the temperature control of each zone with one key, or operate it individually.

Parameter setting: PID parameters of each zone, analog setting of the pressure sensor inside the extruder, and running parameters of each motor can be set and calibrated.
