Product Introduction

Input channels and voltage range: HIMA F1101 module has 16 input channels and supports single-ended input voltage range of 0-10 VDC and differential input voltage range of +/-10 VDC.

Resolution and Sampling Rate: The module has a 12-bit resolution and a sampling rate of 100 Hz.

Built-in Multiplexer: The module has a built-in multiplexer that allows up to 16 analog inputs to be connected to the module.

Digital input features: The module features 64 safety relevant digital inputs (24V) for digital signals, contact sensors and proximity switches. Each digital input is assigned a power supply output and the module comes with 8 short-circuit protected power supplies.

Processor system: A safety-related 1oo2 processor system is used to control and monitor the I/O levels. The system bus has a redundant structure to ensure availability.

Status indication: Equipped with LEDs to indicate the status of the digital inputs.

Dimensions: The dimensions of the module are 2cm x 6cm x 10.4cm.

HIMA F1101 module is widely used in vibration monitoring of large and medium-sized rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, coal mills, gearboxes, motors and so on. These equipments are commonly used in many industries such as iron and steel, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry and so on.
