The Keyphasor module is mainly used to measure the pulse signal of each rotation or multiple rotations of a rotating shaft or

gear, providing accurate time measurement. This enables the 3500 monitoring module and external diagnostic equipment to

measure shaft speed and vector parameters, such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase. This module is suitable for

mechanical protection systems and can accept up to four normal key trust numbers and up to eight key trust numbers in a pair of configurations

When Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) applications require system key phase inputs, the 3500 system should use two key

phase modules. In this configuration, two modules work in parallel, providing primary and secondary key signals to other

modules in the rack. In addition, this module can also be arranged in pairs, requiring two consecutive monitoring stations at

the upper/lower or two half slot positions
