For use with the 3300 XL Transducer system, utilize the Bently Nevada 3300 XL Extension Cables. The electrical lengths of the three system components must be constant. The electrical length of the Proximitor must match the electrical lengths of the proximity probe and the extension cable.

Field Wiring
16 to 24 AWG for 0.2 to 1.5 mm2. Recommend using tinned field wire and 3-conductor shielded triad cable. The distance between the 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor and the monitor can be no longer than 305 meters (1,000 feet). When employing longer field wiring lengths, see the frequency response graphs in through Figure 13 (pages 27 and 28) for signal rolloff at high frequencies.
