Multi channel monitoring: The 3500/42M module is a four channel monitor that can receive signals

from displacement, velocity, and acceleration sensors, and complete various vibration and position

measurements by processing these signals.

Alarm display: The module can arrange alarm displays in chronological order, with the latest alarm

displayed at the top of the alarm screen. Each alarm point can have at least 4 different priorities and

be distinguished by displaying the TAG of that point in at least 4 different colors.

Data acquisition and processing: The module is capable of collecting steady-state and transient

dynamic (waveform) data, and transmitting the data to the host software through an Ethernet link. In

addition, it can also perform real-time dynamic data access, trend analysis, alarm/event processing

management, and report generation functions on the collected data.

Compatibility with other systems: The 3500/42M monitoring module can be used in conjunction with

other modules from Bently Nevada, such as the 3500/01 software, 3500/05 system framework

3500/15 power supply, etc., to form a complete monitoring system.

The 3500/42M monitoring module is widely used for monitoring large rotating machinery equipment

in multiple industries such as power, chemical, and metallurgy. By real-time monitoring of equipment

vibration, potential equipment failures can be detected in advance, thereby avoiding downtime losses

and maintenance costs caused by equipment failures
