Function description: The 3500/45 position monitor is a 4-channel instrument that accepts inputs

from proximity sensors, rotary position sensors (RPT), DC linear variable differential transformers

(DC LVDT), AC linear variable differential transformers (AC LVDT), and rotary potentiometers. It can

measure axial (thrust) position, differential expansion, standard single slope differential expansion

non-standard single slope differential expansion, double slope differential expansion, complementary

differential expansion, shell expansion, and valve position.

Application scenarios: This module is widely used in the monitoring and protection of various

mechanical equipment, such as the oil and gas industry, power industry, chemical industry, and

manufacturing industry.

Technical specifications: The 3500/45 module supports multiple sensor inputs, including

proximity sensors, rotational position sensors, DC and AC linear variable differential transformers, etc.

This module has user programmable alarm function, which can set alarm points arbitrarily within the

speed range, and can be programmed and configured through the 3500 rack.

Installation and maintenance: During installation, it is necessary to choose a suitable installation

location, usually close to the drive end of the monitored equipment, to reduce signal transmission

loss. When connecting the sensor probe, it is necessary to ensure that the probe is kept at an

appropriate distance from the surface of the object being measured, and to correctly connect the

power supply, signal output, and grounding wire according to the wiring diagram provided by the

manufacturer
