Axial position monitoring: Monitor the axial displacement of the rotor.

Differential Expansion Monitoring: Monitor the expansion difference between the rotor and stationary

components.

Shell expansion monitoring: Monitor the expansion of the casing.

Valve position monitoring: Monitor the position changes of the valve.

These functions can be programmed to achieve different monitoring modes, such as standard single

slope differential expansion, non-standard single slope differential expansion, double slope

differential expansion, compensating differential expansion, etc.

Technical specifications and installation methods

The technical specifications of the 3500/45 module include:

Input signal: Supports multiple sensors, such as eddy current sensors, LVDT, etc.

Sensor sensitivity: axial position of 3.937 mV/mm or 7.874 mV/mm, expansion difference of 0.394 V/mm

or 0.787 V/mm, etc.

The installation method usually includes the following steps:

Choose a suitable installation location, usually close to the drive end of the monitored device, to

reduce signal transmission loss.

Connect the sensor probe and ensure that the probe maintains an appropriate distance from the

surface of the object being measured.

Connect the power supply, signal output, and grounding wire correctly according to the wiring

diagram provided by the manufacturer.

Use appropriate fasteners to securely install the module in the control cabinet or designated location
