Product Introduction

Input signal type: The 3500/62 monitor accepts a current input of+4 to+20 mA, or any

proportional voltage input between -10 Vdc and+10 Vdc. It also provides I/O modules that

support+/-10V DC, isolated 4-20mA, or 4-20mA signal inputs with intrinsic safety Zener

barriers.

Alarm Set Point: The monitor compares the monitored parameters with user programmable

signals to drive the alarm set point, ensuring machine protection. In the the third mock

examination Redundancy (TMR) configuration, the three monitors ensure accuracy through

two types of voting mechanisms to avoid false tripping or missed tripping caused by a single

point of failure.

Application scenarios and industry applications

Industrial applications: The 3500/62 monitor is widely used in various industrial scenarios

including but not limited to monitoring large rotating machinery such as steam turbines

water turbines, fans, compressors, etc. It provides automatic protection values by being

used in conjunction with Bentley proximity eddy current sensors, velocity acceleration sensors, etc., to prevent false tripping and expensive equipment damage.

Security and reliability: The 3500/62 monitor features self testing and fault-tolerant design

and can be configured with multiple levels of redundancy, including Triple Modular

Redundancy (TMR) configuration, ensuring stable operation in any situation. Its internal

and external terminal options provide higher integration and fault tolerance, reducing the risk of false tripping or missed tripping caused by electronic failures or human errors.
