Bently NevadaExternal termination block
Origin: United States
Brand: Bently Nevada
The Bently Nevada 128015-10 position external termination block is part of the Bently Nevada 3500 series tachometer system, primarily used to connect sensors and external devices.
Product Introduction
Terminal block connection: Use cable 135101-XXXX-XX to connect the I/O module to external devices via
the terminal block.
Channel connection: Connect the wires of channel 1 and channel 2 to the external terminal block (PRST1/COM
and PRST2/COM are connected to external switches). Used to reset the following parameters: recorded peak
speed, number of reversals, peak reversals speed (PRST1 only).
Type of wiring board
Tachometer external wiring board: used to connect sensors and recorders.
Bus tachometer external terminal block: used to connect all three tachometer modules.
Recorder external wiring board: used to connect the recorder.
Usage scenarios
This external termination block is mainly used for TMR I/O discrete or TMR I/O bus configuration.
The specific configuration method is as follows:
TMR I/O Discrete: Each channel is connected to three sensors, and each sensor sends a signal to a
tachometer module. Three terminal blocks are required: two for sensors and one for recorder 1.
TMR I/O bus: Each channel is connected to two sensors, which are shared by all three tachometer modules.
Four external wiring boards are required: one for sensors and three for recorders
