Product Introduction

The 3500/92 module is connected to the 10BASE-T star configuration Ethernet through

RJ45 connectors, supporting fast data exchange. It can integrate monitoring data and status

of all frameworks with process control and other automation systems through Ethernet

TCP/IP and serial communication protocols. In addition, the module also supports Ethernet

communication with 3500 framework configuration software and data acquisition software.

Communication protocol support

The communication protocols supported by the 3500/92 module include:

Modicon Modbus: Through serial communication

Modbus/TCP: Serial Modbus variant for TCP/IP Ethernet communication

Bently Nevada proprietary protocol: used for Ethernet communication with 3500 framework

configuration software and data acquisition software
